Many yoga-schools are actually asana-schools, because they provide asana classes. Nothing wrong with that. We like to share knowledge, because we do believe that the right knowledge provided to the right people can change the world.

There is a tremendous amount of information to be shared, but let’s keep it simple: most people know their car better than they know their body. True? We know that all the information of the cosmos is hidden within. We think that the people who came up yoga in the first place knew everything. Why? Because they understood themselves, they understood nature and the cosmic principles. All was united, long before we began living in a separating world. Our aim is to unite again with what is already known.

Every Wednesday there is Yoga Teaching for the curious ones, involving knowledge about the human body, energy systems, health food, Ayurveda, intuition and New Healing. We also give intensive programs for those who like to study themselves in a deep transformational way.
