What to bring:


  1. 1.Dress yourself in comfortable (natural) cotton clothing.

  2. 2.You can bring your favorite yoga-mat and cushion, if you use one of ours, bring a towel.

  3. 3.You might bring an extra sweater or blanket for meditation.

What to do:


  1. 1.Turn off your cell-phone before entering the school. Give yourself a break.

  2. 2.Arrive 10 minutes before class to settle in, relax and get focused. (We start in time!)

  3. 3.Please be quiet entering the school, others may be meditating or contemplating.

  4. 4.Inform your teacher on any injuries or conditions that might affect your practice.

  5. 5.Be responsible for your own practice, don’t compare... don’t push. Asana = comfortable, stable pose.

  6. 6.Ask for individual help with postures.

  7. 7.Ask questions after the class, or when your teacher asks for it.

What not to do:


  1. 1.Don’t eat from 1.5 hours before the class.

  2. 2.Do not take a shower directly afterwards. You are exercising in the comfort-zone. Even if you sweat slightly there is a lot of prana in it. If you follow the yogi-lifestyle your sweat will not smell.

  3. 3.Do not interfere with other peoples practice.

  4. 4.Do not enter a class late or leave a class early. You can disturb others.

  5. 5.Do not practice inverted poses when having your monthly periods.
